I am a visual artist based in Rotterdam. My practice explores themes of identity, movement and transformation through painting, textile, and art direction. 

Working primarily with painting, I engage with the material as a space of becoming, where forms shift and unfold over time. Composition develops through the act of making itself, as gestures, materials, and spatial relationships guide the work forward rather than an imposed image.

Layers, textures, and lines carry a sense of lived experience, allowing identity to emerge as fluid and in transition rather than fixed. Textile expands my exploration into softness, using recovered materials to explore form and rhythm. Across mediums, I observe how colour, material, and form interact, allowing space for experimentation and a sense of play. Form arrives through the process, carrying traces of its own making.
